Candidate Resourcer Specialist

This role will suit you an existing recruitment consultant (agency or in-house) who has experienced the 360 recruitment process but you recognise that the candidate relationship side is where you shine best.  This role involves no business development responsibilities or duties, your total concern is in the ‘candidate experience’ and how best we serve them.


Key Responsibilities & Skills

·       Focus and deliver on the ‘Clarion Candidate sourcing strategy’ to ensure that our talent pools are constantly populated with candidates who reflect the high quality professional talent that is required for C-Level IT Organisational Roles and IT Projects and Programmes nationwide.

·       Working closely with the recruitment team you support their requirements and partner with them on specific roles but NO business development responsibilities!

·       Ideally you will have experience in working in the IT Sector

·       Be very familiar with candidate sourcing methods

·       Existing strong presence on LinkedIn

·       Grow our existing database with newly sourced talent by varying methods of sourcing and networking, job boards, career fairs, meet-ups, industry specific conferences etc.,

·       Quality customer service matters to you and you take great pride in delivering the best service to all your candidates

·       You will ensure that all online applications from candidates are contacted within 24 hours and where appropriate interview times are scheduled

·       Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing candidates and new candidates and briefing them on upcoming roles that match their skill set

·       You will have excellent time management skills and enjoy working with the bigger team

·       Assist with the marketing activity for talent attraction

·       You have great communication skills and can work with credibility and integrity with our senior level/C level candidates

·       A genuine interest in the IT industry in Ireland across all sectors
